   At CDM, I have had an incredible opportunity to build, manage, and direct processes and people. Through my work at CDM, I have designed and developed over 30 websites, directed and handled social media for 8+ companies, developed project strategies for clients, and built an internal team.Additionally, I have spent time doing the following- Drafting clear and concise email correspondence for the CEO when conflict or misunderstandings take place- Creating branding for clients, such as logo design, font choices, and color palettes- Interviewing potential candidates for job openings at CDM- Seeing through internal marketing efforts, such as social media, web design, and designing PDFs, PowerPoints, and documents - Distributing invoices and contracts for one-off and ongoing projects
