ABOUT MELINDA BURKHART
I joined the Right of Way industry in 2007 and have gained many project experiences. My right-of-way interest started at WSDOT, the foundation of my knowledge through the years. Working with local agencies is my favorite part of being a consultant. I enjoy helping them understand the federal project delivery standards and anticipating potential complications early on to avoid project delays. I enjoy surrounding myself with other industry professionals where I can learn and continue to grow. I occasionally enjoy challenging negotiation and relocation, but my current role at Tierra Right of Way is Project Management and mentoring. Recruiting and training new professionals in this unique industry is an honor.
