I published my first nonfiction book titled “Empowering Inclusion - the Tool Teachers Need for ALL Students to Succeed.” It is a guide that teaches teachers how to: build relationships and work with difficult personalities, collaborate, and implement whole group social-emotional lessons (SEL) to meet everyone’s needs. This book is easy-to-read, affordable, visually appealing and includes many personal stories from my own classrooms. These evidence-based SEL strategies are proven to help create a more inclusive environment for any grade, classroom size and location.
