I’m a senior admissions leader with cross-border experience, currently overseeing global admissions operations across North America and Australia for the ILSC Education Group—home to ILSC Language Schools, Greystone College, and ELS Language Centers. I lead a talented team of 33 people across 10 countries, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service for students, partners, and internal teams.From Nov 2023 to Apr 2024, I stepped into the role of Director of Global Student Recruitment, where I led worldwide recruitment efforts, managed a diverse team of student advisors, and built innovative strategies to inspire learners from all backgrounds. Partnering closely with leaders in sales and marketing, I elevated ILSC’s presence and strengthened student engagement from first inquiry to enrolment.In Mar 2025, I presented “Effective Leadership for Sales and Operational Synergy” at ILSC’s Leadership Development Program in Sydney, Australia —an immersive initiative for high-potential leaders.
