About Melina Ogrady

My goal is to bring a personalized lens to all my education and nonprofit consulting clients. Using a cross-disciplinary approach, I support clients to co-create unique and effective ways to address their challenges. My experience is rooted in decades as a trainer, youth worker, teacher, manager and organizational leader in schools, residential programs, and non-profit organizations across the country. My work is steeped in the evolving research coming out of the fields of racial justice, psychology, neuroscience, trauma and healing, mindfulness, and liberatory education. I hold a vision for designing and supporting learning environments inside and outside schools that fully engage educators and students in a mutual process of learning, healing, imagination and action.
