Strong working experience of TCO modelling redesign, Commodity Target Cost development, Category Management and Sourcing Strategy formulation and implementation. Some Procurement geeks call this TBA (Total Business Alignment) essentials- a progressive outlook bringing strategic supplier partnerships at the heart of Procurement and any business which needs them (they all do in the end). Think agile leader able to deliver at speed, with a clear market insight, genuine passion for Procurement and an ability to execute Value Chain Positioning (VCP) and Market Positioning Analysis (MPA) via an extended relational competence approach.
