ABOUT MELIKTE YOHANNES

Field medical leader and Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist with over a decade of experience across solid tumors. I bring a clinically grounded perspective to oncology, shaped by years of direct patient care and translated into strategic scientific engagement across academic and community settings. In my current role, I partner with oncology thought leaders to drive meaningful scientific exchange while supporting clinical development through trial feasibility, site activation, and investigator collaboration. My work sits at the intersection of science and strategy—synthesizing cross-institutional insights into actionable recommendations that inform medical planning, development programs, and launch readiness. I have extensive experience supporting clinical trials across phases including investigator-sponsored research, expanded access programs, and pre-/peri-launch initiatives. I work closely with cross-functional teams across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure alignment between field insights and broader organizational priorities. I’m particularly motivated by opportunities to improve patient outcomes by advancing therapies in areas of high unmet need. Having practiced as a clinical oncology pharmacist, I understand the real-world challenges providers and patients face, and I bring that perspective into every scientific discussion.I’m always open to connecting with others in oncology and medical affairs who are passionate about advancing science, improving care, and translating innovation into impact.
