As the VP, Vendor Management at Leo, I partner with the Procurement and Compliance teams across our divisions to drive standardization, modernization, efficiency, and excellence in all of our internal and external functions that involve our vendor network and service partners. I have nearly 20 years of experience in Facilities Management accross Procurement and Account Management.My mission is to drive procurement excellence and deliver value to Leo and its clients by optimizing processes, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and fostering innovation. During my first year here, I have implemented a platform-wide MSA, opened up communication across divisions to share best practicies and technology, and stood up business-critical reporting for our Outside division in support of our Snow and Ice Management programs. I am passionate about collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, solving complex problems, and creating continuous improvement opportunities.

   Partnering with Legal Counsel and Compliance leadership, create an integrated Service Partner MSA that attracts top vendors and partners across the wide range of services and commodities offered by Leo, while protecting our business from liability and risk. Project manage implementation of this MSA for new and existing service partners nationwide across all divisions, impacting unique partners inclusive of creation of supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Connect divisional leadership across Procurement and Compliance to share best practices and technology, driving efficiency in Compliance functions and assisting with rationalization of critical service partners. Develop a comprehensive Snow and Ice Management Manual for the Outside business, encompassing Procurement, Compliance, Transition, Account Management, Governance, Field Management, and Finance. Redesign and redeploy the Procurement organiation and function across the Outside division to improve efficiency, reducing seasonal rollout and new business cost while improving the negotiation and selection process, yielding better outcomes for Leo and its customers.
