I spent more than a decade in internal operations, project management, and administrative roles, before making a deliberate choice to redirect my career toward somatic movement therapy. I’m currently completing my RSMT certification through the Leven Institute for Expressive Movement. My work with clients is grounded in a simple belief: the body holds stories, and healing begins when we learn how to listen to them.Alongside my practice, I bring my administrative and operational experience to organizations whose work I believe in.
