Hi! I’m Meleni Jovel, a junior at Chapman University majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership. I’m interested in project management and the coordination, planning, and collaboration required to turn ideas into successful outcomes. Growing up in a blue-collar environment gave me an early appreciation for how things are built and the importance of teamwork, organization, and problem-solving throughout the process.At Chapman, I am actively involved in the Chapman University Program Board, an on-campus committee responsible for planning and executing events for the student body. Through this experience, I collaborate with a team to help coordinate programming, support event logistics, and contribute to creating engaging experiences for the campus community.I also serve as the Social Media Manager for the organization, where I manage digital content and promote upcoming events to increase student engagement and awareness. This role has strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and coordinating timelines across different initiatives.Through my academic and campus experiences, I have developed strong interests in organization, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to support projects from planning to execution while helping teams stay organized, aligned, and focused on achieving their goals.
