Deliver relationship management and account oversight of MSP account by cultivating successful client relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners to design and execute account strategies • Maintain and assist in expanding MSP client relationship through direct contact to increase utilization of AMN services, assist with facility order projections, cross-sell AMN services, review and share best practices across MSP clients, and resolve escalated service calls in order to position AMN as a critical partner in the clients’ success • Review and interpret MSP contractual terms to keep internal partners and clients educated and informed of contractual obligations and manage changes in scope of Statements of Work • Create and submit reports to clients in order to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development • Develop and present customized Business Reviews to client to communicate recent activity and overall effectiveness of the relationship between AMN and the MSP client • Communicate strategic account management information and progress-to-goals to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings in order to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles
