My goal is simple, I want to help others improve their quality of life. The benefit for me is that my life becomes more enriched from those relationships. When I came out of college, I went into sales because I was focused on making money and now, I have matured to a place where my career is about mission and legacy. My role at MLT provides me an opportunity to improve the work environment and society for my daughter, sisters, family, friends, colleagues and associates.
