About Melecio Rivera
With experience on all sides of the balance sheet at the treasury of two major supranational development banks I strive to continue expanding my knowledge of capital markets and financial policies on a daily basis. I enjoy working with World Bank\'s internal and external stakeholders, market counterparts and expanding these relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
