I was promoted to Senior Business Affairs Project Manager after spearheading and implementing several strategic projects within the Revenue Operations department- Currently supporting the Partner Program with designing the contracting process and managing all key contracting aspects for two active promotional campaigns. In addition to managing the contracting process, I also work with our partners to negotiate custom agreements related to the promotions- Supported the Legal team to implement a new Contract Management System (“CLM”). Wrote the internal work aids and working with the SpotDraft team to improve the user interface and system functionality- Provide contracting support to key partner accounts, negotiating and drafting amendments and custom agreements- Provide process/continuous improvement guidance and consulting to other internal departments to create efficiencies and streamline existing processes- Currently supporting Geotab’s Order Now team to revamp an existing contracting process for Order Now addendums.
