Reviewed the first Homelessness Reviews and Strategies for the DCLG for all local authorities -Undertook feasibility studies for the development of a Single Person Homelessness Gateway for both Nottingham City Council and Liverpool City Council-Undertook mock inspections, in the Audit Commission days, in the areas of homelessness and allocations and lettings-Interim role for 12 months to develop and improve the homelessness, prevention, temporary accommodation and allocations and lettings team for the London Borough of Haringey-Interim role for 8 months working with London Borough of Harrow in the development and use of their Asset Management Plan-Interim role with Kettering Borough Council in the development of their homelessness and housing advice teams-National training in the areas of housing law, leasehold, housing management, anti-social behaviour, disrepair, court proceedings, homelessness and eligibility for housing-In house training to local authorities, ALMOs, LSVT organisations, registered providers, housing associations, housing charities and the voluntary sector in all aspects of social housing including those listed above as well as bespoke courses in areas including selective licensing, Housing Health and Safety Rating System, strategic housing, right to rent, extending leases and right to buy as well as other requirements most recently emerging from the Deregulation Act 2015 and the Housing and Planning Act 2016-Undertaken homelessness reviews and strategies for several local authoritiesI also undertake interim management for both local authorities and registered providers in the areas of housing options, homelessness, allocations and lettings, tenancy and leasehold management
