I am a Master’s student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University (Class of 2026), specializing in backend development, distributed systems, and large-scale software engineering.Previously, I worked as a Backend Software Engineer Intern at Meituan (one of China’s largest internet companies), where I contributed to mission-critical supply chain and logistics systems, handling high concurrency, distributed transactions, and production incident recovery. My internship performance led to a return offer.In Fall 2026, I will be joining ByteDance (TikTok’s parent company) as a Backend Engineer, further advancing my expertise in scalable microservices, system reliability, and fault-tolerant architectures.I am passionate about building reliable, high-performance systems that operate at scale, and eager to apply my skills in Java, Go, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies to tackle complex engineering challenges.
