Over the past decade, I’ve grown our production team from five to nearly forty, building a multidisciplinary department grounded in craft, collaboration, and creative ambition. I also built and scaled our Business Affairs practice — hiring leadership and implementing the processes that allow our boldest ideas to thrive while protecting both our agency and our clients.I believe craft comes first — but innovation fuels its evolution.
