At Clarion Futures, I lead the development and delivery of Clarion\'s internal and external social innovation programmes. I ensure the seamless and successful delivery of multiple high impact programmes including the William Sutton Prize, the UK’s pre-eminent innovation catalyst which cultivates and incubates high potential ideas that tackle the most urgent sustainability challenges facing the social housing sector.By working strategically across Clarion Futures and Group functions, I drive best practice and innovative approaches to improve the quality of Clarion\'s service, business intelligence and impact while responding to the Group\'s strategic objectives and priorities.I am currently leading on the redesign and delivery of multiple Group-wide internal and external programmes, including the Good Ideas Fund, the William Sutton Youth Prize and the Innovation Fund, between others.
