Technical subject matter expert for the Microsoft Surface portfolio: Surface Go, Surface Pro, Surface Laptop Go, Surface Laptop, Surface Laptop Studio, Surface Studio, Surface Hub, and all Microsoft Surface branded accessories. I work exclusively with State & Local Government agencies in the US West Region and Strategic Accounts who are digitally transforming and modernizing workplaces with long-term goals of maximizing end-user employee satisfaction, talent attraction, and talent retention - all while achieving lower total costs of ownership. From roadmap conversations to setting up Microsoft Surface deployment training sessions and on-site professional end-user training on Surface + Windows, my goal is to ensure our customers have the best experiences of Microsoft. I cross-team with Microsoft partners and Microsoft corporate sales, engineering, and marketing teams to solve customer and partner issues, leverage best practices, and deliver results.
