I am a bilingual German, outcome focused senior delivery professional.Delivery management is required in many areas to ensure your desired and timeboxed goals are a success, as such I won\'t limit myself to an industry and look at what the situation requires and whether I can positively contribute.I think of myself as outstanding as a leader, mentoring and motivating on, near- and offshore teams that are equally receptive to be mentored, and grow a delivery practice. Proven track record working on or managing project/programme across the UK, EMEA and Global initiatives. Whilst predominantly in Salesforce over the last 14 years (including hands on which enables me to challenge statements made by technical teams), but also worked on other types of projects.My communication style is on the direct side, without meaning to offend (honest); I just want to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables in an effective way without wasting anyone\'s time or money.
