It was quite by accident that I landed in the human resources arena. My background was in customer service which included, training, management and work quality assurance. As the company grew, I was asked to help build a new human resources department. Once I got into human resources, I knew I had found my purpose which complimented my passion for helping people while driving business results.While leading the HR department, I was able to revamp the HR programs and processes which included consolidating the benefit carriers and reducing costs which enabled us to reinvest those monies into better benefit offerings and new employee programs.
