At Cornerstone I direct and implement long-range planning projects involving facilities and the organizations that use them. My specialty areas of interest are: the range of health care, from acute, to long term complex care, to rural community care; and arts, culture, and community.As Partner, I am responsible for project strategy, client relationships, team management, business development, and creation and quality of deliverables at all levels. Projects involve various levels of user engagement, facilitation, written documentation, analysis, and presentations. Specialties include functional programming (pre-architectural needs assessments and building requirements development based on operational models) for public-sector organizations including health authorities and municipal governments, and business case development and analysis for projects involving infrastructure. Other work has included asset planning for entire portfolios of community buildings, care model refinement, cultural planning, and benchmarking best practices in a variety of industries.
