I support clients who have been unwell in a compassionate way to find meaningful work. I also provide confidence and wellbeing coaching to develop clients\' self-esteem and provide them with a sense of preparedness for the world of work. I also provide ongoing support for clients and employers once the client is in post. Above all, client advocacy is key to raising awareness around mental wellness in the workplace.
