Hey there! I’m Melanie, and if you’re here, you probably want to know more about who I am. Let’s dive in! I am curious by nature, creative by trade, and always thinking about how people experience the world around them. I work at the intersection of design, research, and storytelling, crafting user-centered experiences that are both intuitive and purposeful. I dig deep into user behavior, map out journeys, sketch and prototype ideas, and write clear, engaging content that helps everything click into place. As a systems thinker, I love connecting the dots across touchpoints to create experiences that work AND flow. I’m especially drawn to work that blends UX research and design with thoughtful content creation. I love figuring out what makes users tick and turning those insights into smarter, kinder digital experiences. I’ve led collaborative projects in fast-paced environments, navigated ambiguity with confidence, and built solutions that align user needs with business goals.
