Working as an independent expert alongside a wide team of fellow Climate Action Advisors (CAAs) as part of the Let’s Go Zero campaign - a climate solutions programme run by Ashden. CAAs offer free support for schools, colleges, and nurseries across England and suggest practical, affordable actions for schools of any size – even those that are just starting their sustainability journey.We can help your school to: • Seize the quick wins that reduce energy use and wider carbon impact.• Upgrade existing school buildings – advisors will help you prioritise and explore different options, and understand routes to funding (private and government).• Boost strategic sustainability across multi-academy trusts.• Get further support from local and national organisations.• Connect with other local schools, to share ideas on sustainability.• Build an effective climate action plan.We offer support via: • 1:1 phone and online expertise.• Site visits to schools – working hand in hand with site staff.• Informing and inspiring schools at network meetings and regional events.• Bringing schools together with the latest information at regular webinars and group calls.Find out more about the programme: https://letsgozero.org/ If you would like to discuss an opportunity to work together, please email me at: m••••••••@letsgozero.org
