I’m an experienced Communications and Marketing leader who brings together strategy, content, storytelling, employer brand and colleague engagement to help organisations communicate clearly, connect meaningfully and grow.My background spans internal and external communications, brand and proposition development, strategic marketing, employee engagement, culture communication, content creation and multi-channel delivery. I’ve worked across diverse sectors, from global brands to creative agencies, and have led communication work during organisational development, cultural alignment and business change.I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, producing clear, accessible and engaging communications across written, visual and video formats. My experience includes leading campaigns, shaping brand identity, developing communication frameworks, managing intranet and digital channels, delivering events, and partnering with senior leaders, people teams, creative, sales, technology and cross-functional colleagues.As a Mental Health First Aider and active DEI advocate, I take a people-centred approach that focuses on clarity, inclusivity and impact.
