Responsible for full cycle recruiting primarily in the IT and Engineering sector, including developers, architects, engineers, testers, PM’s BA’s and administrators, etc.• Source and review resumes, then interview candidates to decipher if they would be a good match for the position.• Prioritize requirements to ensure client’s needs are met in a timely manner.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates.• On-site coordinator for one of our direct clients. Responsible for working with the managers to determine what their hiring needs are, then recruiting those candidates. Conduct weekly visits to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.• Negotiated hourly rates and salaries with potential candidates.
