About Melanie McCormick Leach

I am a proud 2019 Fall Graduate of the Penn State School of Hospitality Management (WE ARE!) and I am extremely passionate about hospitality, networking, and building lasting relationships.I have been extremely blessed to work at Chick-fil-A Carlisle since the beginning of 2021, where I have met many wonderful people and grown in my leadership skills. In October 2023, I transitioned to an operational-focused role as the Drive-Thru Director. Now, I get to work for Chick-fil-A as a Trainer for New Restaurant Openings throughout the United States!My mission: To be a trusted leader that my Operator, leaders, and team can rely on to ensure a successful operation and to inspire passion for Chick-fil-A through positive communication, tenacity to achieve what\'s entrusted to us, and commitment to the brand.My vision: To operate a successful Chick-fil-A that builds trust with the team and the community. I am extremely grateful for all the experiences I\'ve had that have built my career in hospitality and I look forward to the experiences that await me in my future!
