I have over 13 years of experience working in advertising and marketing. Currently at Integrous Marketing, overseeing the paid media team that handles, paid search, paid social, and video, display and content syndication/webinars. While at Gartner Digital Markets, we helped small businesses make the right technology decisions and find the right tools to grow; and connect our software vendor clients with in-market buyers and provided actionable, voice-of-the- customer data to help our clients inform better business decisions. I managed a team that handled all paid marketing programs and channels (Search: Google/Bing, Social: LinkedIn/Facebook, Youtube and Display) and collaborated cross functionally on programs (CRO - landing page testing, Sales, Creative, Brand) to help optimize our users\'s experiences. I was part of the Marketing team at RetailMeNot Canada, where I maintained and optimized search and mobile campaigns for major retail brands in a variety of industries. Working with large data sets, I optimized campaigns and A/B tested ads constantly. I was also part of the CRM team that built out weekly emails for RetailMeNot Canada as well as their sister company Deals2Buy. I analyzed email performance and A/B tested different aspects of the email to optimize.
