About Melanie Carlone
Living Soil. Mutuality. Thriving Community. I work at the intersection of conscious leadership, community thriving, and living soil vitality. By addressing the root causes of chronic inflammation—both in our ecosystems and in our societies—I am in service to bringing transformation to life. My passion lies in uncovering the astonishing healing power that emerges when we link human creativity, diverse living soil ecosystems with the health of individuals and communities. My work is about building trust, connection, and fostering courageous conversations, healing misperceptions. Together with inspired stakeholders, we identify the missing pieces needed to create truly regenerative, resilient communities founded on mutuality and a shared respect for the Earth. Using conscious leadership principles and globally proven frameworks, we co-create models that revolutionize land stewardship, community flourishing, and what it means to live in reciprocity with our planet. I have served in Executive Board and Committee Chair roles for 27 years; currently, I am President of the Board of the Blanche Fischer Foundation, a philanthropic foundation dedicated to empowering independence for Oregonians with permanent physical disabilities. I have a strong spiritual foundation with 32+ years of yoga, meditation, and integrative medicine healing practices which deeply inform and enrich my current life.

Co-Founder - ThePivot.Earth Devoted to a Living Soil Re-Evolution. Through return to vibrant living soil we collectively create the path to foundational healing of people and planet. There is no more important pattern integrity to uphold now than promoting collective attention to rapid adoption of healthy soil/healthy people strategies. We MUST return to growing regenerative food locally with all the vibrant knock on effects that offers. I am honored and delighted to be doing this important work with a growing collective of like-minded passionate people. Empowered with tools to harness collective wisdom, we got this!
