I work closely with the board of directors, executive leadership, and the development team to create and execute a strategy to hit our individual giving budget of $2.6m, which includes funding from events, the board of directors, individual donors, major gifts (10k+), and corporations. My main priority is to steward existing donor relationships, leverage those relationships to introduce new donors to UTEC, and implement strategies to cultivate new donors. I also oversee the training and management of the development associate and develop their portfolio outreach strategy.
