About Melanie Richardson
TrainingGrounds was co-founded by Melanie Richardson and Christine Neely in late 2016 with the goal of addressing gaps in early childhood care and education in New Orleans. To achieve our mission of strengthening the foundation on which children can succeed, we operate a free community based play center (We PLAY Center), and provide easily accessible early childhood development training for caregivers and educators.
