With a deep-rooted passion for effective governance and its power to transform outcomes for young people and their communities, I bring a strategic, collaborative approach to supporting Governing Boards, Trusts, and School Leaders.My governance journey began at grassroots level—as a Parent Governor and later Vice-Chair—where I witnessed first-hand how strong governance can shape a thriving school culture. Since then, I’ve worked across three Local Authorities and within a Multi Academy Trust, partnering with schools of all types to strengthen leadership, embed sustainable structures, and drive system-wide improvement.
