   Managing all aspects of the company’s international business operations with revenues of $343M for 2020 and providing strategic and legal advice to executive management and the business regarding all transactional work, contract negotiations, human resource matters (inclusive of immigration), litigation/dispute management, securities and SEC reporting, technology, intellectual property, M&A, data privacy, compliance and corporate governance work. Oversee and mange an eleven member contracts and procurement team handling all domestic and international commercial transactions for two business units consisting of eCommerce agency services (CXM) and 3PL logistic services, with high volume, time-sensitive deal flow. • Revised contracting process and established new form documentation for use company-wide for sales, HR and compliance for increased efficiencies, risk management and better interaction with business units. • Instituted corporate governance initiatives as a public company for SEC reporting purposes, along with new policies and practices. • Completed internal reorganization of the Company for sale of the agency business and completion of the $250M sale of the agency business unit.
