Working closely with the Executive Director of Stewardship and Strategic Initiatives and the Associate Director of Stewardship, the Director of Trustee Relations is responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of Trustee relations. Using a proactive and strategic approach, the Director is focused on continuing and strengthening the engagement, involvement, philanthropic investment, and stewardship of our robust Boards of Trustees.Roles & Responsibilities: • Drive the vision and oversees the creation of presentations and materials for Trustees, including for the Boards of Trustees meetings, Trustee committees, and solicitation and stewardship meetings• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of campaign strategic priority areas to support Trustee engagement and cultivation• Envision and execute personalized touchpoints and strategies for Trustees to ensure comprehensive onboarding, deepen engagement, and support cultivation and solicitation• Lead the creation of gift agreements and solicitation materials for Trustees in collaboration with the Associate Director, the Director, Principal Gifts Writer, and the Stewardship and Communications teams• Partner with Stewardship colleagues to ensure regular and meaningful stewardship of Trustees’ philanthropy and volunteer leadership• Collaborate across the Development department to ensure cooperation and communication regarding Trustee relations
