My technology journey began by working with my father repairing broken computers. I found that I had a knack for this that grew into a passion, which has been led by an intense curiosity to continuously learn new technologies, from applications to infrastructure, with the goal of exceeding the customer\'s needs. I learned early on in my career that I enjoyed working on both the creation of new products and infrastructure, and also of solving problems. This allowed me to bring people together and create solutions. The roles that I have enjoyed the most have been ones in matrix reporting organizations, that I worked with multi-team collaboration, focusing on flawless execution, continuous improvement, and accountability. On a personal note, my interests are in emerging technologies including Cloud and Big Data, innovation, leadership, and talent development.
