I\'m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and leader specializing in talent development, organizational growth, and performance management. My background combines behavioral science with practical leadership skills, allowing me to drive meaningful results for individuals and organizations. As Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Coaching Officer at Refocus Behavior, I led operations, managed employee performance, and implemented strategic planning initiatives. I developed data-driven evaluation systems and conflict resolution protocols that fostered positive workplace cultures. Recently, I\'ve focused on creating innovative content for professional development as a Learning Journeys Content Creator. I design and facilitate both live and on-demand training programs optimized for adult learners and professional skill development. Previously, as Recruitment Program Director at Reaching Milestones, I led hiring strategies across five states and developed retention programs that improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover. As Clinical Director, I managed daily operations, supervised staff, and maintained meticulous data analysis on client and staff growth. Our model puts BCBAs in control of their businesses, with the tools and support to grow sustainably. We believe starting a practice shouldn’t mean starting from scratch. With Headstart, BCBAs don’t have to do it alone.
