I have diverse experience in Project Management, technical customer support, and hospitality. I’m passionate about interpersonal communication and creative problem solving. My relentless work ethic and customer-focused attitude has allowed me to succeed in various roles and industries.I excel working across technical and client facing teams. As well as stetting expectations for customers and translating technical backend processes in a client friendly format. My experience includes facilitating trainings, user management and onboarding, coupled with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.After being laid off in 2016, I took some time to travel the world. I spent a year and a half immersing myself in different cultures, challenging my own resilience and expanding my empathy for others.I’m a quick learner and thrive in an environment where I get to think outside of the box.
