I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) executive coach, leadership strategist, and enterprise talent leader with 20+ years of experience designing and scaling leadership development programs that drive measurable results in culture, capability, and equity.As the Founder & CEO of Elevate Latinas, I have partnered with Fortune 500 companies, public institutions, and nonprofits to build inclusive leadership pipelines, guide transformational change, and support high-performing teams through custom coaching and strategic consulting.
