Lead a robust team of Field based Reimbursement Access Directors, Clinical Educators and all HUB operation partners. Manage external partner relationships to maintain compliance with industry policies, practices, and procedures related to Patient Access and Support Services, and customer experience strategies that translate into industry-leading support programs for patients, caregivers, and HCP’s, offering innovative support designs. Monitor program goals and key performance indicator by bringing an analytic rigor to the patient services discipline and assist the commercial business by making data driven decisions. Partner with legal/compliance and external partners on annual review of program rules and SOP’s. Monitor industry environment, trends and policy changes that may impact patient service delivery. Lead innovation and drive program enhancements that will optimize customer service and patient access to therapies by identifying unique and emerging opportunities. Ensure effective and compliant implementation of the free goods program as well as patient financial assistance programs. Manage contract, budget, and invoicing process. Work closely with finance partners to establish annual operating budgets. Collaborate with Market Access partners in ensuring efficient design, integration, and operations of patient support services, including HUB, financial support, and adherence services throughout the patient journey in preparation for the launch of future products. Work closely with cross-functional leaders, and others to operate best-in-class patient support services architecture that provides maximum value to patients, HCP’s and caregivers.
