Since 2007, my career has spanned various areas of operations, including plant maintenance, high-speed production, batch processing, reliability engineering, capital project management, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). My path led me to EHS “by accident” (pun intended), and I\'ve embraced it fully.I\'ve had the chance to work on program development, implementation, and multi-site project management both locally and internationally. I value the role of EHS in understanding the dynamics of people, plant, equipment, and processes. My passion for manufacturing and its supporting functions drives my commitment to solving problems through strategic planning and leadership.I bring a mix of technical expertise and leadership to every project. I enjoy mentoring, coaching, and leading teams, and I thrive on challenges.Currently, I serve as the Director of Environment, Health, and Safety at Lindt USA.
