As the Director in charge of the People and Culture, I have overall responsibility for the HR function and for senior-level decision making in all areas of HR and People activity. I sit on the Management Board working closely with the senior management to ensure the company\'s People Strategies, HR initiatives and Learning and Development all align with the annual business plan, with particular emphasis on making Hollis the employer of choice.Responsibilities:Effective day-to-day management of HR function. I am a commercially focused HR leader with a track record of leading and delivering the HR agenda in both the professional services and financial sectors. I carry over 27 years of HR experience and I joined the Hollis team in 2008 where I am Director leading their people and culture team. I also sit on the Management Board and am responsible for all people-based activity across the UK and Europe including, people strategies, talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, and CSR and early careers, all with the aim to ensure Hollis is an employer of choice. Comfortable operating as part of the Leadership Team, supporting the business and being responsible for senior level decision making in all areas of HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability of influencing senior managers, building strong working relationships and driving HR strategy.
