Throughout my career, I\'ve demonstrated my ability to navigate diverse business landscapes and drive results with multi functional teams.I am a seasoned senior level leader specialising in Global Operations, Strategic Planning, Sales Acceleration and Change Management with experience working in Executive level offices for both Cisco and BP. Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in driving transformation programmes and enhancing service delivery frameworks to optimise customer experiences and accelerate sales. At Cisco, in my role as Senior Leader in the Strategy Office, I directed a team of 10 senior programme managers, leading the development of key initiatives such as portal and website interface enhancements, marketing campaigns, and re-branding projects. Notably, I successfully orchestrated a comprehensive change management program that achieved full business transformation within an 18-month timeline.In my previous role as a Senior Leader, DevNet Marketplace Lead at Cisco, I led the launch of the DevNet Marketplace, a groundbreaking ecosystem solution portal.
