Melanie has over 23 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She spent the first 12 years of her career in property management for some of the largest multi-family housing companies in the nation, including Simpson Property Group and Greystar. Throughout her tenure in property management, she managed more than 1800 units and dealt with all aspects of managing large scale multifamily properties. For the past 11 years, she has been a licensed real estate broker, practicing in both Colorado and Texas. Melanie owns and manages her real estate company, Montgomery Advisory Services, in Colorado and holds a Texas license with Realty One Group, Experience where she and her partner Jennifer Troyer started a team called MJ Realty Group and actively practice in the Lake Conroe area. She is a leader and is well connected within the Lake Conroe community. Melanie personally owns multiple rental properties in Colorado and Texas. She is experienced in procuring bids for and negotiating with contractors to complete construction projects and is also familiar with real estate law.
