Hello! I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. During my studies, I had the opportunity to gain various work experiences in a variety of industries - ranging from Oil & Gas, Automotive, then to Health Care, immersing in a more holistic and adaptable manner. Previously working in the Retail world in the generalist team then into Total Rewards, I\'ve opened my learnings to various streams of HR ranging from compensation, HR analytics/reporting, recruitment, payroll, benefits, disability management to organizational structure.I am an opportunity seeker, a life-long learner, a strategic thinker, and a passion-driven individual who aspires to pursue the Human Resources field.
