As the Senior Technology Advisor, I am responsible for providing clients with strategic and technical guidance on the development and implementation of UCI\'s technology solutions for voice, data, and surveillance systems.I work closely with business leaders to develop and implement a custom technology solution that meets their business needs. Additionally, I also- Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps- Evaluate and select new technologies- Manage IT projects- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues- Provide technical support and guidance to users- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in technology- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that technology solutions are integrated and aligned with the overall IT strategyI enjoy playing a vital role in helping organizations to achieve their business goals through the effective use of technology.
