I\'ve been involved in building the Technical Broking setup at our new Independent brokerage since our inception in 2021. It\'s crucial to us to share and build on the high levels of experience and expertise that we have across our staff and put this to work to get the best possible results for our customers. By ensuring high levels of technical competence we can build robust, fit for purpose insurance programmes for all of our clients. Putting customers first is really at the heart of what we\'re aiming to do.As Manager of the broking team in Leeds I\'m also focused on building a strong team within our office both to support our goals of putting the customers first but also to develop the individuals in our office to be the best that they can be personally.
