Melanie Schueller is responsible for all aspects of litigation support and for the management of case teams for the North American Tax Controversy department, and frequently provides support to the Corporate and Litigation groups. Melanie is also the technology liaison and consultant for North American Tax Litigation and Litigation Practice Groups.Melanie has significant experience with and knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle which includes document management database technology, including Relativity, Nuix, Concordance and Clearwell. She supervises, implements and manages all aspects of the litigation discovery process, including development of collection, review and production strategies, creation and application of search terms, management of database structures, management and reporting of document review teams and workflow, and frequent interaction with clients, attorneys and vendors concerning pricing, processing, and review solutions. Melanie has significant motion, trial, and international arbitration hearing experience as well as significant domestic and international internal investigation experience. She has managed and implemented all aspects of trial preparation with both tax and litigation trial teams.Melanie also leads and manages a team of paralegals and eDiscovery support specalists in addition to docketing teams and docketing functions for North America.
