This decision marks a significant leap of faith, one that I’ve dreamed of for quite some time.During my career, I had the privilege of working alongside talented teams, tackling complex challenges, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we served. These experiences have shaped me both personally and professionally and have ignited my passion for innovation and compassionate care.Now, I’m channeling that passion into building something of my own: Compass Rose Care. Our mission is to provide exceptional in-home care that empowers individuals and families to thrive.
