I’m a seasoned property manager with over fifteen years of experience across three different regions: Midwest, Southeast and Washington, DC. I’ve learned through my career the value of versatility and self-sufficiency, since you rarely know what tomorrow brings in property management.Even though property management can be unpredictable, I welcome that unpredictability. I enjoy the fast-paced environment and making quick decisions. But my favorite part of property management is cultivating a community that I can be proud of.When I manage a property, I treat it like my own. The property’s success is my success, and this ultimately creates a much more enjoyable environment for the residents.My experience has mostly been in student housing, but I’m eager to expand my horizons and one day pivot into conventional housing.
